Sharing Great News Today for Colored Giant Angoras and Our Growing Village

Discover exciting updates on colored Giant Angoras, WCC 2026, breeder listings, and how to join the growing Giant Angora community.
There are moments in this journey where you can just feel something shifting… and friends, we are in one of those moments right now. I sat down to share a few updates, and before I knew it, I was smiling from ear to ear thinking about how far we’ve come with Giant Angoras, especially our beautiful colored lines. What used to feel like a quiet dream is now starting to feel like a shared movement. And that is what makes this so special.
We are no longer just a handful of breeders working quietly in our own corners. We are becoming a village. A connected, supportive, growing community that is ready to show the world what colored Giant Angoras truly are.
One of the things I’m most excited about right now is opening up FREE Giant Angora breeder listings on my Sinfully Soft website. When people reach out asking where to find Giants, that is the very first place I send them. I’m not focused on selling a lot of rabbits myself. My heart is in building up the entire Giant Angora village.
Because when we grow together, we all succeed.
Giant Bonanza
Now let’s talk about something really fun…
At West Coast Classic this year, we are hosting a Giant Bonanza on Sunday. This is a special opportunity for all those non-recognized colors to step onto the table and be seen. They won’t be competing for Best of Breed or Best in Show, and there are no sweepstake points involved, but they absolutely get to show their stuff.
And let me tell you, visibility matters.
This is how we build awareness. This is how we connect breeders. This is how we move forward together. Sinfully Soft will be donating awards for this event, just as a little way to celebrate everyone who is stepping up and participating.
NARBC Angora National Show
In this video, I share a little about the upcoming NARBC Angora National Show and the Wool Skein and Garment Contest and all the excitement surrounding them.
We also have so many exciting things happening around NARBC Nationals at West Coast Classic in Reno, Nevada, May 15–17, 2026. If you haven’t already, be sure to check the event pinned at the top of my Facebook page. That’s where I’ll be sharing all the fun updates as we get closer.
And for my fiber friends, don’t forget the Wool - Skein - Garment Contest. The deadline to mail entries is May 1. You can find everything you need in the NARBC mini-show guide, including rules, SOP, entry forms, and those ever-helpful comment cards.
We also have a wonderful WhatsApp community growing where you can ask questions, share progress, and cheer each other on. There’s even a dedicated WSG group in there.

Show everyone your rainbow of colored Giant Angoras. Tell everyone what colors you have, what you’re working toward, and what you’re dreaming about next. Let’s put these colors out into the world and let people see just how incredible they are.
Because they do exist. And it’s time the world knows it.
